has been serving the world of dance since 1974, through Nritya Pravesh. She is a dynamic, talented and distinguished exponent of Bharat Natyam with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Nalanda Nrityakala Mahavidyalaya, affiliated to Mumbai University. She has been inspiring young students to take interest in classical dancing. She has undergone training by renowned Guru Shri Kalamamani, T.S. Radhir and Guru Smt. P. N. Rajlaxmi. She has also been awarded the kala guru award from Nrityanjali for her research work in dance. One of here strong belief in life has been that art is a deep ocean where learning can never and will never end.
